Irene is the founder and owner of Sunshine Caring Heart; an owner-operated private-pay care services. She personally provides all care to ensure consistent and compassionate support to seniors.

She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 10 years of experience combined with caregiving. 

Irene has extensive experience caring for seniors with Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer and hospice care needs.

Experienced in monitoring vital signs, catheter care, colostomy bag support, wound care in accordance with Oregon guidelines.

 

Irene provides comprehensive support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, medication reminders, feeding assistance, laundry, light housekeeping and transportation to appointments or errands. 

She is known for building strong, trusting relationships with older adults and brings a deep sense of compassion to her work.

 

Irene’s passion for caregiving began through caring for her grandparents while growing up in Africa, and she approaches every client with the same respect and care she would offer her own family.

Irene maintains a clean background check and driving record. She is compassionate, patient, reliable, punctual and detail oriented. She is committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.

 

Irene is fluent in English, both written and spoken. She does not smoke.
